  1. Cereals containing gluten, i.e., wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt.
  2. Crustaceans and products derived from them.
  3. Eggs and egg products.
  4. Fish and fish products.
  5. Peanuts and products derived from them.
  6. Soy and soy products.
  7. Milk and milk products (including lactose).
  8. Nuts, i.e., almonds (Amygdalus communis L.), hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), walnuts (Juglans regia), cashew nuts (Anacardium occidentale), pecans (Carya illinoinensis (Wangenh.) K. Koch), Brazil nuts (Bertholletia excelsa), pistachios (Pistacia vera), macadamia nuts or Queensland nuts (Macadamia ternifolia) and products derived from them.
  9. Celery and products derived from it.
  10. Mustard and mustard products.
  11. Sesame seeds and sesame seed products.
  12. Sulphur dioxide and sulphites at concentrations greater than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as the total SO2 content for products in a ready-to-eat state or prepared according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  13. Lupin and lupin products.
